Terms & Conditions

When hiring The 360 Photo Booth from us you do so in accordance with the outlined terms and conditions. By paying all/part of your invoice you are entering into a hire agreement and accepting full responsibility that the terms and conditions will be strictly followed. Please read the following: 

1. Definitions

  • "Customer", "you" and "your" is the person(s) who booked and paid for the Photo Booth or any associated party.

  • "Guest(s)", "Adult(s)", "Person(s)", "Attendees", "Guardian(s)", "Child" and "Children" are the personnel attending your event and using the Photo Booth.

  • "We", "team" and "us" refers to 360 Photo Hire (The company) who are providing the service to the customer.

  • "Event" and "Venue" are the physical location where the service will take place for the customer.

  • "Photo Booth", "360", "Selfie Pod", "Video Booth", "Equipment" and "Item" are what you will be hiring for the outlined time which is solely owned by 360 Photo Hire.

2. Access, space & power requirements

  • The Customer must arrange for an appropriate clear space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue.      Please see the requirements below:

    • Without the inflatable LED booth: A space of 2.5M (W) x 2.5M (L) x 2.5M (H)

    • With the inflatable LED booth: A space of 3.5M (W) x 3.5M (L) x 2.5M (H)

  • Access to a 240-volt mains power socket located within the space designated by the Customer for the Photo Booth.

  • Access to the venue 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time in order to set up.

  • Access to the venue 30 minutes after the runtime in order to pack away.

  • If the venue/event is located outside there must be cover from the rain and other bad weather conditions 

  • A clear path into the venue/event that is free from obstruction

3. Parking

  • We require suitable parking within a 1-mile radius of your venue/event 

  • If there are unloading bays provided by the venue please make us aware 

4. Booking and Payment

  • You need to make your booking enquiry via our website www.360photohire.co.uk

  • If you wish to proceed with your quote/booking please respond to our email and we will issue your invoice.

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit must be made in order to secure your event date via the available payment methods on our invoice. If there are less than 7 days before your event then payment must be paid in full.

  • We require the remaining balance of your invoice a minimum of 7 days before your event date. This must be paid via the available payment methods on our invoice.

  • You will receive a payment confirmation after you have paid and an email will be sent to the email address provided, please check your inbox to ensure this has been received (Occasionally this may end up in your spam/junk box).

  • Please check all your details at the time of booking to ensure everything is correct. If something is incorrect please notify us immediately via email: 360photohire@gmail.com so we can assist you. 

5. Amendments/Rescheduling your booking

  • If you need to change the date/time/location/package for your booking please notify us via email: 360photohire@gmail.com

  • We will always try our best to accommodate your request but this cannot be guaranteed (it will depend on our availability). 

  • When rescheduling the new date must be within 6 months of your original date (Please specify via email which date you would like and we will check to ensure we have availability). 

  • If we are unable to accommodate your request and you no longer want to proceed with your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy in clause 6 below.

6. Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us via email: 360photohire@gmail.com

  • Please read the points below which outline the refund you will be entitled to:

    • If you cancel more than 7 days before your booking, you will lose your £100 non-refundable deposit.

    • If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking, you will receive a 65% refund to your original payment method (This does not include your £100 non-refundable deposit).

7. Video Capturing, Sharing & Social media

  • By using the PhotoBooth you and your guests are agreeing to their video/photo being captured

  • Adults/parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times and by your child entering/using the Booth we view this as permission being given/granted for them to have their video taken. If an adult/parent/guardian does not want their child's video to be sent to be shared to the online gallery, used on social media etc, they must make a 360 Team Member aware at the time. They can also write to use after an event via email 360photohire@gmail.com if they wish for any video content to be removed.

  • Any video/photo content captured/taken at your event is available to you and your guests to keep, share and use as you wish.

  • After a  photo/video is captured we share the content via a QR code, Airdrop (for iOS devices), SMS, email or Whatsapp.

  • All photo/video content is automatically saved to an online gallery. After your event, we will send you the online gallery from your event which will contain all the captured video/photo content. Your gallery will be available for 6 months from the date of your event after this point the content will be permanently deleted by the server automatically. 

  • We require a Wifi connection for fast and efficient sharing. We recommend it has a minimum upload speed of 7 Mbps (megabits per second) or higher. When you have low upload speeds sharing will be delayed.

  • 360 Photo Hire may use any video content captured at your event on social media channels and/or the website. It is your responsibility to make your guests aware that the video content may be used on social media. If you do not want you/your guest's content to be used, please contact us directly via email to make us aware: 360photohire@gmail.com

8. Delays/Late starts

  • If we are unable to set up and start on time due to your event being delayed/the requirements in clauses 2 & 3 are not met or incorrect information has been provided, we will continue with your booking once the issue(s) has been resolved but no further time will be added (Your booking will still finish at original end time).

  • If there are any unforeseen circumstances where the 360 Team are late/delayed with setting up and starting your session, we will add any lost time to the end of your booking (You will not lose out on any time that you have paid for).

9. Age restrictions

  • You must be over the age of 10 years old to use the photo booth unaccompanied.

  • Any children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult on the booth at all times. Parents/guardians are solely responsible and liable for their safety.

  • Children are not permitted into the cordoned area (designated area for the 360 marked by barriers/inflatable booth) unsupervised at any time.

10. Behaviour and misuse

  • You at not permitted to use the photo booth if you are heavily intoxicated with alcohol (If any 360 Team member feels that any guests/customers are too intoxicated it is solely at their discretion to refuse entry to the booth).

  • You are not permitted to use the photo booth under any circumstances if you are under the influence of drugs.

  • Jumping on the booth's platform/jumping off the booth whilst it is in operation is not strictly prohibited as this can cause injury to personnel and/or damage to the Photo Booth.

  • Once the 360 booth starts do not grab/touch the moving 360 stick as this will cause heavy damage to the motor. 

  • We will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour towards any of our team or abuse of our equipment. If this occurs, we retain the right to terminate our services immediately.

11. Damage to equipment

  • It is your responsibility to pay for any damage or theft caused by you or your guests to the Photo Booth and/or our equipment.

  • Any damages/theft will be documented and you will be made aware of the cost to fix/replace the item(s). An invoice will be sent to you via email with a 14-day payment clause which needs to be settled in full before the stated payment date.

  • Failure to make full payment of the invoice will result in legal action being taken. 

 

12. Risks/Injury

  • The Photo Booth is a low-risk item and our Team will make every effort to ensure you are safe at all times. By using the Photo Booth you and your guest do so at your own risk, this waivers the liability from 360 Photo Hire.

  • 360 Photo Hire will not be liable under any circumstances for any injuries, death, or damage to property caused by any item.

  • By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are taking full responsibility that you and your guest are using the Photo Booth in a safe manner. 

13. Staff

  • All equipment is to be set up and packed down by 360 Photo Hire.

  • Any enquiries on the day can be directly addressed to the staff who will be able to advise and assist you.

  • We request that guests/event attendees cooperate with our staff to ensure a safe working environment and they are expected to treat our staff with respect at all times. Any form of behaviour that could compromise their safety or well-being such as harassment, disrespect, aggression, physical acts or threats towards our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cease services immediately in such circumstances, with no refunds provided. This decision is solely at the discretion of the 360 Team member operating the event.

  • The 360 Photo Booth must be operated by a 360 Team member at all times. 

  • For bookings that are between 4 hours to 5 hours, our staff is entitled to a brief 10-minute break so they can use the restroom facilities and have a refreshment. During this time the Photo Booth will be temporarily closed.

  • For bookings that are 6 hours or longer, staff is entitled to a 30-minute break so they can use the restroom facilities, have food and a refreshment. During this time the Photo Booth will be temporarily closed.

14. Agreement

  • At all times the hired items will remain the property of 360 Photo Hire (The Owner). The "items" are a reference to all props hired from the owner to the hirer.

  • The Hirer is the person(s) named on the invoice agreement.

  • You have shared this information with your guests/relevant persons and they accept the Terms & Conditions

  • By paying your deposit you are agreeing you have read this document and accept all the outlined terms and conditions in their entirety. 

  • By ticking the checkbox on the Event Information form you are agreeing you have read this document and accept all the outlined terms and conditions in their entirety.
